1.DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer nationwide FREE shipping for all orders. However, if you wish to expedite your order within metro manila, an additional ₱200 fee or courier rate will be added to your final bill. We ship out orders by batch so orders that require a faster shipping time will considered as a special request.
2. WHO IS YOUR DELIVERY COURIER?
We have plenty of couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you within the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.
3. HOW MANY TIMES WILL THEY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT?
Our delivery partner will attempt 2-3x before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD. So please make sure to receive and pay for your order once the rider arrived at your delivery address.
4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our couriers normally will send an sms to your registered number to advice the delivery of your item(s). Please email us at hello@jingajuice.com.ph for your order updates, provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take more than 10 days.
5. I WAS DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM.
Please email us asap at hello@jingajuice.com.ph with the subject line "WRONG ITEM RECEIVED" followed by the order number for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake.
